Yes, 13! Although Black Ice: The Training Ground (The Dark Kingdom Chronicles) is a story based on one girl’s discovery of her true destiny, as her guardian angel literally takes her under his wing, it is also very much about several characters working together as a community in a whole new fantasy world.

      They are all characters in one book, although, some are only mentioned in passing and are yet to appear in the rest of the books in the series.
